No response from @jagograhakjago @nch1915 @DTDCIndia . Is the consumer grievance mechanism sleeping? DTDC is also not bothered as there is no follow up mechanism. I raised a complaint 8591544 with NCH thru the mobile application and it's almost a month and no response or updation

I have raised a complaint against @DTDCIndia on 27.01.2026 with @jagograhakjago @nch1915 for that DTDC replied on 29.01.2026 that they will take steps to resolve the issue with a solution. Now the solution I got is they returned the product to the seller. No updates.

A humble appeal to all unsatisfied customers to #BoycottDTDC for their unprofessional service quality and arrogance. If you feel I'm correct and you have experienced the same from @DTDCIndia repost it and express your unhappiness.
