Extremely disappointed with Miele customer service months of delays and poor repairs on my coffee machine. Recent call with a rude agent was frustrating and unhelpful as a loyal customer of Ten years I expected better from a premium brand. #Miele#CustomerServiceFail
@ring Nightmare continues receive email from ring informing me the doorbell is now out of stock situation has now been ongoing for almost 2 months have contacted customer services multiple times to speak to a manager never get a call back
@ring As I expected did not receive a call from a manager to resolve an ongoing issue that’s now been dragging on for a month. Instead got an automated survey to rate their service which disgraceful
@ring it gets worse I had somebody attempt to break into my car yesterday as they could clearly see the doorbell isn’t working. Nobody cares in customer service. I’m looking for an alternative now
@ring worst customer experience I’ve ever had. been waiting for a replacement doorbell for over a month now. Been calling customer services almost every day for a status update only to be told nobody knows what’s happened have escalated but never receive a call from a manager.
