@Homebase_uk I ordered paint on 6th April and still not got it! I have done 4 enquiry forms and no response. The customer service has been awful! DHL were supposed to deliver on the 19th May and no package has arrived and no trace of the package! What is going on?!

I am SO annoyed with @TicketmasterUK and disgusted with their customer service!!! I got fan exchange tickets, the barcode on our tickets were not valid. I’ve emailed 3 times and get a response saying il get back in 3 days and it’s been 2 weeks and still no refund or response!!

@TicketmasterCS The response number is 2196835. I’ve been chasing up by email and got a response to say they will look into it and get back to me. I simply want a refund as the tickets weren’t valid and it’s disgusting that I am getting promised a response within 3 days & receive nothing
