“Anambra State is one of the few states that is not owing anybody. Peter Obi has been able to manage this state in a way that he is not leaving any liability for the incoming government.”
— President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
I will apologize ahead of time, this will be a long tweet. All those listed obligations seem to have been signed by Obi under his tenure. Most of these programs were multilateral organization funded (mostly world bank) on a National level with participating states.
In at least two of these loan obligations, there was no disbursement by the time Obi handed over.
#6 CSDP was disbursed under Obiano in 2018, completed in 2020 https://t.co/Qt760HiJ3H
#8 VCDP was first disbursed after his tenure ended https://t.co/OQqxJNHhA7
For #5 SEPIP, the program ended in 2020 and only $3m was disbursed, not to Anambra alone but across the entirety of the program in the time Obi was governor. Anambra’s share of this will be well lower than that amount. https://t.co/hKPPdTGT3v
For #7 NEWMAP, the project ended in 2022, there was no disbursement in 2013 but in the entirety of 2014, Anambra drew around $3.6m (Obi was only Governor in Q1 2014 so he’d have had to draw that entire amount in that time in a worst case scenario) https://t.co/pjSZ52luog
The total debt stock of the programs listed in #5 & #7 alone is $86,227,377.74.
Anambra’s DMO balance jumped over $11m between December 2013 and June 2014 https://t.co/16f9VpvwHs
We can’t categorically establish in which quarter the big jump in debt came but we can make one assumption:
SEPIP released a second program disbursement in April 2014 and another June 22, 2014 totalling over $50m. No doubt Anambra got a chunk of this and it likely contributed to the jump noted above.
Just on these 4 listed, totalling over $98.5m, the absolute maximum that could have possibly been disbursed under Obi is around $6.6m (it is impossible that even that was disbursed).
From the total 8 loans listed, the maximum disbursement under Obi will have been $31.8m which is less than 26% of what is stated. The people of Anambra should ask the governor After Obi what he did with the over $90m he received

🚨 WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE TINUBU FBI FILES & WHAT WE MUST DO 🚨
A critical milestone has just been reached in the U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case regarding historical law enforcement records concerning President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (Greenspan v. EOUSA, Case No. 1:23-cv-01816).
The FBI has submitted sensitive investigative files to U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell under seal and in camera (privately).
Meanwhile, President Tinubu’s legal team filed motions asking the court to block public release, citing individual privacy rights under FOIA Exemption 7(C).
230 million Nigerians deserve complete, unredacted transparency—not secret reviews behind closed doors.
DO NOT CALL THE JUDGE’S CHAMBERS
Many people want to call U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell’s office to demand the release of these records. Calling chambers will not work:
Judges Do Not Take Public Votes: U.S. federal judges hold lifetime appointments. They do not have constituents or voters, and they do not tally phone calls or public opinions to make legal rulings.
Ethics Rules Block Private Messages: Under U.S. federal court rules, staff are legally prohibited from passing off-the-record phone calls or emails to a judge (ex parte communication limits).
Phone Lines Will Be Blocked: If thousands call, court staff will disconnect the line or set it to an unmonitored voicemail. It will not reach the judge or impact the case.
WHAT WE MUST DO INSTEAD: PUT PRESSURE ON THE MEDIA
Federal judges do not check phone logs, but they do evaluate public interest standards, and global newsrooms monitor public demand.
Under U.S. FOIA law, privacy claims can be overridden if there is a compelling, documented public interest in disclosure. We show that public interest by making international media cover this court battle.
Over the next 24 to 48 hours, email newsrooms and legal reporters. Force mainstream outlets to pay attention to this judicial review and report on the global demand for transparency.

Subject: MEDIA TIP: Public Interest in U.S. Court FOIA Suit Over Nigerian President's FBI Dossier (Case No. 1:23-cv-01816)
To the Newsroom / Foreign Desk / Legal Desk,
I am writing to alert your desk to an ongoing Freedom of Information Act lawsuit before Senior Judge Beryl A. Howell in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Greenspan v. EOUSA, Case No. 1:23-cv-01816).
The FBI has submitted sensitive 1990s investigative records concerning Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the court under seal and in camera. Simultaneously, legal interventions have been filed to block their public release under FOIA Exemption 7(C) privacy protections.
Over 230 million citizens have a fundamental right to unredacted transparency regarding the documented history of their Head of State. We urge your outlet to report on this ongoing proceeding, investigate the public interest standard for unsealing, and bring global media scrutiny to this critical FOIA review.

The gap between people who get hired and people who keep applying is not certificates. It is lab hours. Put in the reps.
Save this and share it with someone trying to break into cybersecurity.
Repost for others to see.
I made close to $10,000 from bug bounties this month. I'm 19. Still in engineering school.
Here's what I didn't show you.
I found a Critical RCE — Remote Code Execution via path traversal on a company's server. The kind of bug that pays $5,000-$20,000.
Duplicate. Someone found it 12 days before me.
$0.
Same work. Same skill. Same report. Wrong timing.
That's one of dozens. For every bounty I post, there are 15+ reports that got:
→ Duplicated
→ Marked informative
→ Ignored for months
→ Closed as "not applicable"
→ Lowballed after months of follow-ups
But you know what I do when that happens?
I wake up. No emotion. No hate. I open Burp Suite. Next target. Next report.
Because if I don't, someone else will. Every day I take off is a day someone else dupes me on the next find. So I show up. Even when I don't feel like it. Even when it hurts.
Bug bounty is not "find bug, get paid." It's find 50 bugs, fight for 6, get duped on some of your best work, get ghosted on others, and still show up the next morning.
The $10K months are real. But behind every mountain is a hundred steps nobody sees.
If you're starting out and getting duped and rejected — that IS the path. You're not doing it wrong. You're doing it.
Keep going.
