DEVELOPING: Two children have died after they were allegedly stabbed at a family home in Ggaba, Bunga-Kalungu, Kampala, early Thursday morning. The suspect, a Kenyan woman believed to be the children's mother, allegedly stabbed the children before locking herself in a room. One child died at the scene, while another died in hospital, according to the area chairperson. Neighbours were alerted by a car alarm at around 5am and found a vehicle on fire at the property. They forced their way into the locked house after hearing children crying and found the 17-year-old eldest daughter dead in her bed, while other children had sustained stab wounds. An injured child allegedly told neighbours that their mother had carried out the attack. The incident reportedly followed a domestic dispute between the woman and her husband on Wednesday. Police are on ground investigating the incident.

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale is a real Luhya man, he built five bungalows in one compound. One for each of his four wives and a fifth one for himself. This is where the bullfighter spends time alone during moments of solitude and when he wants to be with his guests. This is also where he spends time when he wants conjugal rights but does not want to interact and meet with his kids and grandchildren. He simply calls one after another😅😅😅😅. Money is good
If your father verbally gives you land, you occupy it and even build your house on it, that does not make the land yours.
Unless he formally transfers the land to you, it will still remain in your father's name. If he dies before transferring it, the court may consider it part of his estate.
The land will then be divided among all the beneficiaries, despite the fact that you have been living on it for years.Your house will be demolished without compensation.
Don't register a company with a 50:50 shareholding structure. If you do, make sure you have a shareholders' agreement that clearly outlines what will happen in the event of a dispute.
Include a shotgun clause that states:
"In case of a major dispute, I'll buy your shares at Ksh. X per share, but if you don't want to sell, then you must buy my shares at the same price."
A company without a shareholders' agreement will eventually fall when a dispute arises between shareholders.Don't register a company in a cyber cafe.
