After multiple follow-ups and no resolution from @ICICIBank_Care, I had no choice but to pre-close my loan. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and customer support. This experience has completely changed my perception of ICICI Bank.

I have taken personal loan from @ICICIBank and they kept 10% of the loan as lien and promised that the lien will be removed after paying 3 EMIs but it's not removed even I paid 20 EMIs so far. @ICICIBank @RBI @FinMinIndia @consumerfo

@centralbank_in @RBI Even there is no security guard in bank. I registered a complaint in police station but police is not identified the faces because of blur faces just because of bad quality camera. Please help me.

Hello Central Bank,
There is fraud happened with me today at Joura branch pin code 476221. I went to my home branch to deposit the cash. A person stolen 220000 from the deposit counter. There is no security system in the bank branch.
