On March 27 12:03AM, I was hit by a major credit card fraud on my

card.
Within minutes, 9 unauthorized transactions worth ₹44,874 were made without OTPs.
I reported immediately, blocked the card, filed with cybercrime & ICICI. Yet, ICICI denied refund.

My international travel is on 3rd October. APHO's lack of support is creating a major last-minute problem.

Their response is "figure it out yourself," which is unacceptable. My health and travel plans are at risk. This is a critical service
