@MidwestGolfJake Nope, but I have a Pizza Truck that I have permanently at my brewery that could be replicated at any golf course pretty easily. Here’s a few pictures of my pizzas - last one is Oktoberfest (bratwurst, caramelized onions, Kraft, German mustard, and chives)
The key with braising short ribs is not letting them boil at all, ever, not even for a few seconds. When meat boils the protein bundles bind/coagulate squeezing out all of the moisture and you have dry meat. You can’t undo this. You need to keep it at a lazy simmer, always checking. Then the collagen melts into gelatin and everyone is happy and we have world peace.
