i think nowdays with all the easy access to so many different fruits apples and oranges just have so much more in common

especially with selectively breeding them both to be sweeter and more enjoyable to the average person so i think we resulted in them being more alike too

@autismpills @phi1odendron its more acidic rather, like the tartness/bitterness that citrus fruit have then outright sour.

but yeah, its a tad tricky cause they do have things in common as a result of being fruit, but out of all the fruit to be picked there are a lot with way more in common too

like they have some things in common but i wouldnt say they are inherently similar
