I've come to believe that respect for language is bound from respect for thought. To distort definitions, misuse terms, or conflate concepts merely because they share traits is to corrupt the very tools of reason. If dishonesty enters your definitions, the discussion is lost.

England had to accept the law of allowing different countries to leave, it currently still allows this (look at scotland and wales rn)
