@karin_mducks@Galiboii@Judo Seems to me like you should be complaining about Judo being a sport.
Ettiquette should be important. But if you dont embrace the reality of society, your traditions will die off.
Crowdstrike outage was an inability of companies to be able to fully validate software which requires zero day updates to keep systems safe.
The same thing happens with Microsoft updates, which is why companies will often delay them or roll them out in small batches.
@MitchellGlenn How many of those players effectively staged their own retirement game?
Warner's a good opener, but yeah not in the same league of those higher in that list.
@tax_oz@carnthadees@skeeta2929 Looking at that list I'd pick Rogers ahead of Warner every time, unless revenue is my main concern (which its not). Warner was a good player and opening is a tough job but over rated in the current context. Announcing well in advance to retire mid summer, is ick to me.
@carnthadees@jok4r_@PacificJay19@skeeta2929 Harder to get into a team when you have Hayden & Langer. I THINK there are more games now. Test wise, too many cheap wickets, exposing others to the new ball. His aggressive style might be good for tv, Gilchrist was not a test opener for a reason.
@carnthadees@skeeta2929 Good player, but should never have been an opener. His first job should always have been to see off the first new ball of each innings. After that its game on.
Retiring at your home game is contrived. Many standing are probably being polite and or reacting to peer group pressure.
@omairkhan9958@Jomboy_ I think you will find a wrist band is like a separate band. ie like a sweat band. The elastic on the glove is not a wrist band, it is part of the glove.
@vallabbharath@Uz_Khawaja@ICC Getting all out or declaring doesnt really effect the over rate (more the overall innings time). I would have thought a fast scoring rate to be more time consuming, as you are spending more time picking up the ball from the boundary (or crowd) and sending it back to the bowler.
@TheBarmyArmy Have to say its a great sledge (even though i dont think its meant to be).
But it seems quite appropriate coming from someone who didnt walk to a massive edge (if you can even call it an edge).
