All you need to know about Nvidia's earnings:

If you are bullish on US-China relations improving OR ANY level of chip sales to China resuming, the stock is cheap.

If not, the base-case assumption still includes ZERO H20 chip sales to Nvidia next quarter.

To put this into perspective, Nvidia did $5.5 billion of revenue to China in Q1 2025, even amid the trade war.

The China business has been priced-out of Nvidia, $NVDA, and the stock is still trading near record highs.

We expect Jensen Huang to work overtime on a deal with Trump/China.
