Without fixing the issue service person closed the ticket. When I called them now saying parts will take a week. Why to change a parts in warranty period takes week time.
Very poor service by your team and product got fault in 8 mths.

My S20+ phones having lines in display post the update.CustomerCare in India mentioned,screen can be replaced for phones bought in India not from outside.Since the issue is frm Samsung side,why this cant be replaced if bought outside

History:
1. 7 FEB 2020 : Ticket 0982132746371 booked using my US Credit Card For $ 1024.75
2. Date change due to Flight canceled
Ticket : 0982133275472 Additional charge paid INR 1115 on 18Mar20.
