@HisenseUK can't speak to anyone in customer service, no response to email, and now being cut off each time I call. Poor customer service so far and two faulty ovens!
3/3 Drop in, to be told it was news to them! Staff on nhs inform line said they'd pass info on but pretty much said that nothing would change on website. Pretty sure I'm not the only one in this position.
@scotgovhealth@HumzaYousaf@jasonleitch 1/3 had a letter for my 12 Yr old 2nd covid vaccine. Attempted to take him to local drop in clinic as directed on nhs inform website. Was turned away as only doing 5 to 11yr olds(not what inform website said) advised we'd have to go to
2/3 Another clinic half a hour away despite several closer ones being advertised on nhs inform website. Contacted nhs inform by phone who couldn't offer me any assistance as they just go by website! Absolute shambles! Have since called another clinic closer to us, advertised as
