We are often asked:
How is MRE and ADVISORS different?
When the lawsuits were starting to settle, our owners believed it was time to create a brokerage created by consumers for consumers. Taking their experience from a project management background, and the philosophy of our parent company, we established a format that made sense to them, as businessmen. We tried to analyze every step, with the time and expertise needed while factoring in third party costs. The choice is the consumers with guaranteed complete compliance including fiduciary. We analyze and change when needed but believe change is essential in any business. There are substantial savings to the consumer.
As we interviewed a cross section of consumers, we found that many consumers had a lot of questions but were hesitant to voice them. Our hope that no questions ever go unasked and unanswered. We work as partners with every buyer and seller to ensure that the uniqueness of each consumer and home is recognized which results in savings. We believe that strong consumers create a strong real estate market.

As many continue to try to understand the NAR settlement that made changes in real estate processes, I think that the bigger issue is the consumer’s perception of our industry. Buyers and sellers will work together regardless of mandates or involvement.
Elon Musk often says he builds a better product for less by improving efficiency and effectiveness. His basic premise, which could apply to real estate is to provide a better product for less by constantly implementing ways to improve.
Question every requirement—maybe it is time to toughen our licensing requirements.
Delete parts or process .... examine everything we do and try to delete anything that has become obsolete or isn’t necessary.
Simplify or optimize ....are we utilizing the time and cost cutting advancements and passing the savings to the consumer. We begin by asking and answering questions.
Automate...automate processes and eliminate unnecessary steps.
Maybe it is time to work smarter and pass savings to both buyers and sellers.
We are constantly being told to prove our value.
Agents are taught scripts to rely on when the buyer or seller needs facts to make any decision. All client advocacy is strengthened by facts.
Until our value is transparent, proving our value is just a game. We can do better than 3% of the whatever the price of the house, that makes sense to no one.
The Challenge: #Emergingmarkets, especially in #Africa, face energy investment shortages, leading to aid dependency & instability.
