@EurekaforbesIN It is CM-150826-76879816. Can you give me a ETA. Everytime I call the customer service only answer I get is we will escalate it or backend team and they will prioritise and I don't think there is any backend team working on this. 4 days to attend to a complaint is a very bad SLA

@EurekaforbesIN service request raised on 15th August and service technician has not visited yet inspite of escalating twice. Is this the kind of customer service your customers should experience even after taking 2 years AMC. This is a regular affair with the Aquaguard service.

Looks like only main roads are considered as roads in Bangalore. People like us living in these places are not considered inspite of paying heavy road taxes when we purchase our vehicles

@delhivery A package which was ordered on 2nd Dec in Bangalore from my sister's place to be delivered to me in Bangalore has not yet been delivered to me. Never seen any courier service taking 4 days to deliver locally. Not at all a reliable service for any kind of emergencies.
