Flipkart has assigned AI assistant to reply and resol e tye queries of the customers. But the agent ois unable to understand English and unable to replay anything regarding the product issues.

Booked Resort & Spa in Kalimpong. Payment accepted. On arrival, the resort denied availability. MMT shifted us to a homestay, which again denied next day's stay. Relocations cost us 16k for hilly terrain.
Despite complaints and refund assurances, MMT later refused.

@amazonIN - My order has been delayed by over 5 days, and there’s no way to reach customer support anymore. I couldn’t connect with any executive to cancel or reorder, even though this was urgent. Removing direct support access is extremely frustrating.
