Please I want to know why I have to wait extra 3 weeks for my channel's public watch hour to be updated after I've reached the monetization threshold.
On the 9th of this month I had 200 watch hr
10th I had 700
11th I had 6k watch hr

Today I woke up to a copyright claim on one of my recent videos. It was caused by a piece of music that I honestly didn't realize was copyrighted.

Normally, I'd just remove, mute, or replace the music. But when I click "Take Action," YouTube won't let me do anything. It says
