I have a 4.0 in STEM with 3 years of Fortune 500 corporate experience and 5 more of relevant experience (had to go to college mid 20s because had to apply for FAFSA under my own income.... completely seperate horrific problem with our system)

Sent out 500 portal applications (+1000 quick applies), got like 10 interviews from some Indian staffing firms at large target companies, 1 real interview, 1 job offer at a paycut from my current position but decent benefits.

Who are the geniuses outperforming 4.0 American college students with experience? Should I have transferred to India to get a "real education" lmaooooo what the fuck is going on.
