This is a significant victory for Hindu temples and devotees across Maharashtra. The sustained efforts and strong opposition led by Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh have borne fruit, with Revenue Minister Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankule (@cbawankule) announcing the suspension of the proposed Devasthan Inam Nirmulan Draft Act, 2026.

Heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Shri Sunil Ghanwat Ji (@SG_HJS) and the entire Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh (@mandirmahasangh) team for their tireless efforts. Appreciation is also due to the Ashtavinayak Mandir Committee, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, temple trustees, and all those who united to safeguard the interests of Hindu temples.

While we welcome this decision, our efforts will continue until the following long-pending issues are addressed:

✅ Restoration of temple Inam lands
✅ Removal of illegal encroachments on temple properties
✅ Utilization of temple funds exclusively for Hindu Dharma and temple-related purposes
✅ Monthly honorarium and welfare measures for priests and sevadars

I have already filed a complaint and FIR at Electronic City Police Station, Bengaluru against a person named Mohammed Hanif Khan for allegedly entering India illegally from Bangladesh, creating fake documents using a Bengaluru address, and fraudulently obtaining an Indian passport.

He has reportedly been using this passport to send money to Bangladesh through Western Union and is currently staying in another country posing as an Indian citizen. If he commits any unlawful activities abroad using an Indian passport, it could seriously harm India's reputation and national security.

This incident highlights the urgent need to strengthen passport verification. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly and take strict action.

Dharma Protected: GAC Orders Removal of Derogatory Post

Despite widespread outrage among Hindus, Ms. Mrinal Pande (@MrinalPande1) neither removed her derogatory post about Bhagwan Parshuram nor issued a public apology.

Accordingly, I not only filed a criminal complaint but also wrote to the Grievance Officer of X. Unfortunately, X did not act on my complaint.

However, thanks to the GAC, which allowed my appeal and directed X to remove the offensive post and file a compliance report, the objectionable content has to be taken down now.

We will continue to pursue the criminal proceedings diligently.

As Bhagwan Shri Krishna teaches us, we must focus on doing our Karma without attachment to the results. I firmly believe that whatever Bhagwan Shri Krishna wills shall ultimately be for the greater good of all. 🙏

A Sessions Court recently declined to order police investigation into a complaint against Delhi Art Gallery over display of two paintings by famous artist late MF Husain.

The Court upheld the Magistrate's Jan 22 decision to hear the plea filed by advocate Amita Sachdeva as a complaint case.

Sachdeva moved the Court claiming that the paintings hurt the sentiments of Hindus.

🚨 Insult in the Name of Art? Or Agenda-Driven Storytelling?
We respect creative freedom, when it does not trample upon our faith. If a name from our Dharma is used to spread awareness or uphold religious values, we welcome it. But naming a rape victim “Janaki”, and showing her being saved by Firoz Mohammad and David, is a clear, deliberate attempt to undermine Sanatan Dharma under the garb of “progressive cinema.”

Janaki is not just a name. It is the sacred name of Devi Sita, a symbol of purity, strength, and sacrifice. Associating it with such a degrading plot is nothing short of an insult to crores of Hindus.

Even more disturbing is the fact that this film is backed by a sitting Union Minister. Is this what public representatives should be endorsing, content that distorts and denigrates the very culture they claim to protect?

And if this really were about highlighting social issues, we ask a simple question:
Would the filmmakers dare name the victim Ayesha, raped by a Muslim man and saved by a Hindu?
If not, then this is not bold cinema, it is cowardly propaganda dressed as storytelling.
Enough is enough. Hindu faith, names, and Deities are not soft targets for your “creative experiments.”

Despite clear directions from the Hon’ble Supreme Court to take suo moto action in such cases, @DelhiPolice has failed to act on my complaint against Karishma Aziz.

This blatant inaction not only undermines the Supreme Court’s judgment but may amount to contempt of court.

I will now be filing an application under Section 175(3) of the BNSS in court by Monday.

Listening to Shri Satish Upadhyay Ji (@upadhyaysbjp) has given me confidence that the critical issue of desilting will now be addressed effectively—unlike under the previous corrupt administration of @AamAadmiParty, including @attorneybharti, who are only adept at exploiting others and misleading the public.

Many, including myself, have suffered due to their deliberate neglect and failure to fulfill their public duties. My office, located in the basement of my house, was submerged under nine feet of water, resulting in the complete destruction of my furniture, case files, law books, equipment, computers, and laptops. Despite residing in the same locality, Mr. @attorneybharti did not even bother to visit or acknowledge the distress caused by his administration’s incompetence.

In the end, I had no choice but to approach the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi to ensure that the desilting of my locality was carried out. This means that the corrupt AAP people only respond when compelled by the courts.
