What a ridiculous way of dealing with customers @airindia . I landed in Canada on 19th and going back to India on 7th January but till today they are clueless about my lost baggage . Shame !

It’s been a week since I travelled from New Delhi on 18th December to Toronto by @airindia and my one baggage got lost.
Inspite of filling an official complaint at Pearson airport Toronto & no response to my mails .

@airindia How much more time needed to get my luggage back . It’s more than 9 days and I am still fighting to get my luggage back . No one is responding to my mail or answering to my calls .
It’s a most inefficient service .

Think twice before boarding an @indigoairlines . Worst air experience for more than 200 passengers . @Ahmedabad to @newdelhi flight no 6E5736 dated 14th January 2024 . India growth story totally failed .
