Yes they are a handful sometimes but ya know what it’s worth it. They are beautiful, loyal pets and they will love you no matter what. Anyway national dog day got me thinking about my babies lol. But i love my dogs,
Honestly growing up we had always owned cats. It was the extent of the animals we had. I loved them. I still love them but growing up I always wanted a dog. Dogs were the last thing my mom wanted cuz back then she was a neat freak and anal about keeping the house spotless and eventually
When he got sick I was so scared he was going to die. And it brought all the pain of losing flash back to my mind, to my heart and I thought ‘here I am again. I’m going to lose another dog’ i was a mess, just worried that I’d have to say goodbye to him eventually because the costs were getting too much and no one could tell me what was wrong with him. I didn’t want him to suffer. But idk if it was a miracle or just a bad reaction to something but he started to recover. He will likely have a chronic illness his whole life just like his mama. I truly cannot imagine my life without my dogs. They are all so special to me, my house would be so empty without them.
