My Airtel shifting request turned into a waiting game.🧵👇

25 Jul → Raised WiFi shift request via Customer Care. Gave all details, yet wrong address entered.
27 Jul → Technician couldn’t proceed as request didn’t open. Airtel promised fix in 4–8 hrs. It didn't happen.

11 Aug → Still no router collection, no calls, no updates. Same “priority” excuse every time.

Airtel can send a technician instantly for a new connection, but not for collection or refund of my active 6-month plan.
