@nectar I have just got email at 10:30 PM that Thanks for spending nectar points at Beckton location. All my nectar points gone. Some big Fraud happening at Sainsbury and I suspect employees involved. Please look into this matter urgently and refund my points.

@Georgeatasda Teying for past 1 month for #CustomerSupport there is no email, no one picks up call and there are only bots for DM on X pathetic experience. Wondering how are you still in existence?

@NatWest_Help The reply is of no help @NatWest_Help There is no update on it. You are not able to connect to your internal team and that's NatWest issue that they don't have enough customer support person to handle issues

@kungfucarlos@NatWest_Help Chat with Cora is total waste. It keeps you wait for 4 hours and closes the chat without providing a resolution. You will keep on going in cycles. I have been to cycle 20 times in past 1 week.

@McDonaldsUK I am seeing payment issue in Mcdonald app for couple of months now. I am able to place order but when I try to pay I get error. I have tried Google Pay, debit credit cards. cleared cache, reinstalled app. #customerexperience is bad as no option to contact via app.
