@jiotvplus @reliancejio @JioCare Our JioTV has not been working since a week, and we have called up customer service people 4 TIMES ALREADY. They keep saying they’ll send someone, and they didn’t! And we get a message saying the issue has been resolved WHEN IT ACTUALLY HASNT.

Absolutely pathetic food at ⁦@dominos⁩ ⁦@dominos_india⁩ Ganapathi branch, Coimbatore. The staff clearly have no idea how to prep food, gave us food with missing toppings and undercooked patty.

@SwiggyCares Yes! This one. Instead of giving one coupon of ₹90 for the refund, your customer care executive says she'll give them as two since one was already given! What am I supposed to do with a ₹29 coupon? Isn't it convenient to just give one instead? SMH.

@reliancejio @JioCare I've changed my preferred language on the app to English, but when I call jio care, it still talks in tamil. When I asked a friend to talk and ask how to change the language, they said it cannot be done.

What do I do now? Use a language I don't understand?

@fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio I've been trying to book Jio Fiber through your app and by contacting a store nearby but no proper response in either.

Is there anybody who can help soon regarding this?
