Refocusing our attention on things that are good (meaning of God) will literally allow the neurotransmitters in our brain to be rewired so that our thoughts align with His.

This is both scientifically proven and Biblically affirmed.

The discovery of neuroplasticity is direct proof that we can actively rewire our brain to allow us to produce desired outcomes.

I truly believe Paul knew this when he told us to not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the “renewal” of our minds.

I think what stands out to me most in igniting Neuroplasticity is “Meditate”.

Philippians 4:8-9 literally tells us:
