@CarrierMideaInd The customer care escalation team (Harsh, Subojit, Anvesa, and OM) has been assuring me for the last two months that they would arrange a master technician for a proper inspection of the unit. However, every time they make false promises and no proper resolution is provided.

@CarrierMideaInd Worst service, inefficient technicians, and an irresponsible escalation team. Please don’t buy a Carrier AC. You will just get trapped after spending a huge amount of money.
