@Uber_India My receipt shows ₹185.64 deducted from Uber Cash, but your support team says this ride was paid directly to the driver in cash. Which is correct? If it was a cash ride, why was Uber Cash deducted? I’ve asked multiple times but keep getting template responses.

@UberIN_Support Non-cash methods don't work in Pune for autos. So why are you asking us to select non-cash payment methods?
Also when you deducted ₹186, why are you reimbursing only ₹159? Who gets the difference when the transaction was selected as cash only?

Blue Dart: Stop faking delivery attempts. The "customer denied acceptance" status for my order is incorrect. I require urgent redelivery. Please provide a clear delivery timeline. This has happened twice in a row now.
