@MoPNG_eSeva What is the use of this useless service? The booking was done on 22-Apr and you are responding on 23-May, after 30 days. One can very well understand the game being played, on paper you claim to delivery in 2.5 day but takes min 15 or more.

The agency doesn't pick the call to get any update. Customer care is of no help either, spent 10 minutes trying to get the details and the rep after keeping on hold had "server issue".

@zerodha @Nithin0dha although secondary demat account is a game changer to manage long & short term holdings and tax management. But not allowing pledge on secondary demat is a buzz kill. What stops you from allowing pledge on secondary demat?
