@menbisht @VUprera @UPRERAofficial Dear Neeraj, RERA is doing such acts, which goes against their own SOP and infact the provisions of rera act. However, you can always get your grievances redressed by filling writ petition before High Court against such conduct of rera.

@ajaydlp02 You have the remedy of filing writ in High Court for quashing of the order passed in S 63 proceedings. Further for direction to get your original order passed enforced as per law.
