I appreciate the follow-up, but it’s already been several days since I reported the issue (25 June 2025), and no technician has visited yet.
Ensure this is resolved at the earliest further delay is unacceptable.
Looking Frd to a quick &proper resolution

Thanks for teaching me what not to expect from a premium brand. Worst customer experience I’ve had.
