@IRCTCofficial if I hold an RAC ticket on Train 12733 and opted for Auto-Upgradation, shouldn't it upgrade for free during charting if higher class seats are vacant? Why does the PRS system skip RAC tickets for autoupgrade even when berths are available? clarify ?

But if I try to book a new ticket for the same route and date, buses are available. The same thing happens when trying to change the route.

I paid ₹2730 for a bus ticket, but when I cancelled it, only ₹2165 was refunded (around 80%). The ticket was cancelled more than 72 hours before departure — actually 8 days before the journey.

Another strange issue: when I try to reschedule, it shows no buses available,1/2

@ManipalCigna extremely disappointed with the company's subpar communication. Attempting to book a health checkup has been a cumbersome process, with no clear option available. only recourse is to contact customer care via phone, and even the Medbuddy app has proven ineffective.
