@Deliveroo Iβve placed an order last night using deliveroo and when delivery driver arrived he asked me to share the delivery code and once I shared he took the food out from his bag which was spilling and I rejected to collect the order but delivery driver marked it delivered.
@Deliveroo@DeliverooHelp later delivery driver told me to contact Deliveroo customer support and I did contact and explain the situation but Deliveroo is not able to help me in any way and this was my first order using Deliveroo and very bad service.
@JustEatUK I paid Β£36.48 for an order, but when the delivery driver arrived, the food was spilled inside the bag. I refused to collect it and asked him to cancel. He said it was already marked as delivered and I should contact customer support.
