SBI आखिर मेरे अपने पैसे कब लौटाएगा?

मेरे SBI खाते में कुल ₹4,21,178 की राशि जमा है। दिनांक 19 मई 2026 को मेरे परिचितों द्वारा वैध बैंकिंग माध्यम से ₹2,24,000 भेजे गए, जिसके बाद अचानक मेरे खाते पर रोक लगा दी गई।

मैंने 20 मई 2026 को बैंक द्वारा मांगे गए सभी दस्तावेज, ट्रांजैक्शन प्रूफ, राशि भेजने वालों के घोषणा-पत्र एवं पहचान पत्र जमा कर दिए थे। इसके बावजूद एक महीने से अधिक समय बीत जाने के बाद भी न तो मेरा खाता अनफ्रीज किया गया है और न ही कोई स्पष्ट लिखित कारण बताया गया है।

आज SBI मेरे ₹4,21,178 पर मानो कुंडली मारकर बैठा है। आखिर एक आम नागरिक को उसके ही वैध धन से वंचित रखने का अधिकार किसने दिया है?

इस लापरवाही के कारण मुझे आर्थिक संकट, मानसिक तनाव और दैनिक जरूरतों को पूरा करने में गंभीर कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

मैं संबंधित अधिकारियों से आग्रह करती हूं कि इस मामले में तत्काल हस्तक्षेप करें, खाते पर लगी रोक का स्पष्ट कारण बताएं और यदि कोई कानूनी प्रतिबंध नहीं है तो मेरा खाता तुरंत प्रभाव से अनफ्रीज कराया जाए।
