Same thing happening to me also ordered on 29th june 2024 delivery was @9th july 2024 still item not shipped. @ele_comp are not responding to phone calls and emails. No option to cancel order.
Stay away from these scammers.

Even yesterday i tried to pay cc bill of the same account @MyIndusIndBank cc using upi. But payment failed. I think you both don't have customer relationship management plan. Your services are poor then grammin banks & MTNL. Well TRAI gave us freedom to swithc network and banking is on our hand. User can switch any time. But really very nonsence service you provide.
