This is unacceptable service. I raised Service Request KT2607130000101 for my Acer LED TV’s Wi‑Fi issue on 13 July, and despite waiting for weeks, no technician has been assigned and nobody has visited.
Is this how Acer handles customers after selling a product? @Acer_India

@AkasaAir Very poor operational efficiency on the flight QP1325, 27th Aug.
There was already a change in flight as well as delay. But now on the boarding gate as well it says that the scheduled departure will take more than 15 mins delay. Unacceptable.
