Dear @rajeev_chaba.. My frds frd Vimal Ajmera has just purchased a new MG Hector from your showroom.

Upon taking delivery of the car he discovered that the air conditioning system is not functioning properly.. Given that this is a brand-new vehicle he find it completely unacceptable to encounter such a critical issue immediately after purchase.

He is still at the showroom mentioned below, I request an immediate replacement n resolution of this problem... We expect the vehicle to be in perfect working condition n obviously he is not willing to accept a faulty product n the showroom people want them to take the car as it is without ac working ... Please, I request a replacement vehicle or a full refund.

I trust you @rajeev_chaba will handle this matter with the urgency it requires n ensure that my frds frd receive the quality n service expected from MG Motor India.
