Lessons I wish I'd internalized on Day 0: → Add a /__diag endpoint to every service.
Three lines of code. Pays for itself the first time. → Bound every cache, in code review, every time. → Treat setInterval like a DB connection: you opened it, you close it.

Whatever one may say about the BJP or regional parties like TDP/TRS-BRS and DMK at state level, their ability to envisage and execute ambitious industrialisation and infrastructure projects is rarely in doubt.

Con party and its poorer ideological clones like AAP/TVK JUST represent the opposite - fundamentally regressive and incapable of building anything. A regressive politics without a credible vision for growth, industrialisation or infrastructure. Worse is that they have a zombie support base (kind which unironically showcases building one AIIMS in 60 years is pinnacle of achievement)

For a country that desperately needs to build, scale and modernise, that is not just bad politics. It is a serious economic liability. via @businessline
