I think it's also crucial to stay engaged in communities, provide value and then occasionally mention your product if there's an opportunity. But never make it too promotional.
Developers hate marketing.

Create live or online workshops for their top 5 problems and demonstrate the best ways to approach them.
Give out swag for participation and your product feedback.
T-shirts and stickers are always a hit.
