@WMmetro I understand that there are currently 2 platforms at Edgbaston village & the driver can choose to pull into either one, but why do they constantly pull into the empty side and inconvenience everyone waiting?

Surely you can come up with a system to indicate which side?

@WMmetro The tram is not normally full when it gets to EV, usually less than about 10 people getting off.

@WMmetro can you clarify whether the Flex & Save ticket is for 10 consecutive days or for a total of 10 days as you wish (over six months). The info on your site is conflicting

@WMmetro It might have been a one off but there was a distinct lack of communication on the ground.
