Legal experts accuse Palestine Action judge of bias, lawyers demand recusal
A complaint signed by over 3,000 people accuses Justice Johnson of 'personal animosity towards the defendants and the Palestinian cause, incompatible with the role of a judge'

It was found in Texas. It destroys cattle too. It was still in other countries and the US put in programs to ensure it wouldn’t enter the US again. 60 years of success.
Until Trump cut the funding, and now it’s back in the US. Are we Great Again yet?
On 12th June -10am–5pm.
After never having been charged with - & never having been found guilty of terrorism - Pro-Palestine activists will be sentenced for terrorism.
A first in UK history.
Please RT this until this travesty of justice is ended.
Thank you.
@DietWaterGUY There’s so much going on here, it’s easy to miss a few words. I only point it out because of how alarming it is that the police ignore Johnson’s threat and never warn Schneider that he or his process server could be in danger. It’s crazy how it plays out.
Zack Polanski criticised the police for being heavy handed with a RT and he got a formal rebuke from the police and got grilled by the media.
Farage incites riots and condemns the police causing them of murder and nothing.
Two tier media more like.
Nigel Farage's work over the last 11 weeks broken down:
- Parliamentary votes registered (including on immigration): 0
- Violent racial divisions stoked: 1
It's wild to me that people can work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 60 years and still argue this is the best system humanity can come up with, while defending people who make their entire net worth in 30 seconds and insisting they shouldn't be taxed more.
"Let me read the @guardian's analysis directly:
1,100 Palestinian civilians. Over 275 children. Murdered executed, shot, beaten, run over & not a single Israeli, not 1 soldier, not 1 settler, not 1 police officer, has been prosecuted. 0. Nothing.
This is not a failure of the justice system. This is the justice system.
Because when Palestinians submit complaints, and they do, they file thousands of them, less than 1% end in indictments.
Let me put that in perspective. If you are a Palestinian in the West Bank and an Israeli settler shoots your father in front of you, you have a 1% chance of even seeing an investigation. You have a 0% chance of seeing a conviction.
Now, imagine the opposite. If a Palestinian throws a stone at an Israeli soldier, military court, indefinite detention, possibly death, that is not a conflict. That is a racial hierarchy. That is aparthied."
This is what the genocide apologists were so proud about yesterday in New York. Apartheid.

@theobertram I think in 10 years when the world is still trying to reconcile the death toll in the Middle East it will be pretty easy to remember why the man who sent up spy planes for Israel, excused their collective punishment of Palestinians and jailed anti-genocide activists, was sent off
You don’t get to be racist and Irish.
You don’t get to be proud of your heritage,
Plights and fights for freedom,
While kneeling on the neck of another.
You’re not entitled to sing songs
Of heroes and martyrs,
Mothers and fathers who cried
As they starved in a famine.
Or of brave-hearted,
Soft-spoken
Poets and artists,
Lined up in a yard,
Blindfolded and bound,
Waiting for Godot,
And point-blank to sound.
We emigrated.
We immigrated.
We took refuge,
So cannot refuse
When it’s our time
To return the favour.
Land stolen,
Spirits broken,
Bodies crushed and swollen,
Unholy tokens of Christ,
Nailed to a tree,
That you hang around your neck
Like a noose of the free.
Our colour pasty,
Our accents thick,
Hands like shovels
From mortar and brick,
Laying foundations of cities
You now stand upon.
Our suffering seeps from every stone
Your opportunities arise from,
Outstanding on the shoulders
Of our forefathers and foremothers
Who bore your mother’s mother.
Our music is for the righteous.
Our joys have been earned,
Well deserved and serve
To remind us to remember:
More Blacks.
More Dogs.
More Irish.
Still labelled leprechauns, Micks, Paddies, louts
We’re shouting to tell you:
Our land, our laws
Are progressively out there.
We’re in a chrysalis,
State of emerging
Into a new and more beautiful Éire.
40 Shades Better.
Unanimous in our rainbow vote,
We’ve found our stereotypical pot of gold,
And my God, it’s good.
So join us…
’Cause you don’t get to be racist and Irish.
