I've said this earlier: for India to grow inclusively, wealth has to be created locally. Today, much of the success of homegrown startups goes to investors outside India.
Staying in India and incorporating at home also saves the future hassle of paying huge taxes to flip back. Also, the growing local pools of capital, ever-improving regulations, and the growth of IPO markets have made India a much more attractive destination than it ever was.
Tweet suggestion:
Apologies to Chandigarh for cheating in the Mayor election. Under the leadership of PM Modiji, India has witnessed record breaking attempts to make democracy ineffective. The INDIA alliance has delivered their first electoral win despite BJPs forged arithmetic & chemistry results.
Anil Masih was a pawn used to execute the fraud. If SC does nothing to punish those who orchestrated the fraud and only takes action against the executor (that too because it got recorded), fraud in electoral process will happen again in a more sophisticated way.

There's growing evidence to show that air and water pollution increases the risk of type 2 diabetes among Indians.
If the quality of life deteriorates, there will be a tipping point where people just give up and start moving from large cities to places with better living conditions. If this happens, it will cause serious economic damage from reduced tax revenues, falling land values, and further degradation of civic infrastructure among other issues.
Remember that houses and land are among the biggest assets people own in India.
I am framing the problem this way because we are more likely to react if something can affect us financially. While we shouldn't, we somehow tend to postpone concerns that affect our physical and mental health.

“There is a large and preventable burden of respiratory health due to current urban and transport planning. Our health and wellbeing should be the core of planning and policy-making.”

When will people in Gurgaon wake up to a Swachh Gurgaon?
When will these basics of waste collection get solved?
Is it something so complicated that it can’t be solved for months altogether?
City is drowning in waste and citizens are suffering daily.

Host G20 type event in Delhi every year in Nov
With foreign dignitaries visiting,I am certain PM and CM of all 4 states together will find short term as well as long term solution
Currently, keeping problem unsolved is politically more beneficial.
#AirPollution#stubbleburning
I am convinced - the only way stubble burning will be banned is if we call it Parali Dahan, a sacred Hindu festival mentioned in the Atharva Ved celebrating lord Vishnu burning down demon king Paralisura to rescue enslaved Maruts and storm king Rudra. Only then will it be banned.
Every day, innocent kids aged 0-10 in Gaza are losing lives and the world remains silent. As a sportsman, I can only speak out, but it's high time for world leaders to unite and put an end to this senseless killing. @UN#StopTheViolence#GazaChildren

THREAD: REMEMBERING HIROSHIMA
On August 6, 1945, an atom bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. It was the first time such a bomb was dropped on a human population. Some say it was done to end the World War. Some said it sent a signal to the USSR. This is what happened that day.
Voting on the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023 underway in Rajya Sabha
Division of votes will be done through paper slips now as there was a technical error in the automatic vote recording machine in Rajya Sabha
On expected lines, Rajya Sabha failed to conduct transparent voting of 250 odd members since electronic voting machines were found to be faulty. What a joke
Highly likely,Delhi services bill also shall be passed by voice vote in Rajya Sabha today. Voice voting is to be used by the speaker only when consensus for the bill is already there and voting is merely a formality but they have normalised voice vote even for crucial bills.
