Thanks! The blue-grey skin discolouration is a peculiar one! This was a 73M who had this blue-grey discolouration of his skin due to amiodarone.

It is thought that amiodarone accelerates cellular autophagocytosis, leading to increased production of lipofuscin which accumulates in lysosomes and predisposes to phototoxic damage and skin colour change in sun-exposed areas.
