@pusheenofedtwt as someone with pmos i speak from experience. insulin resistance is horrible and the hormone fluctuations are horrendous as well. the only way i lose weight is by eating under 1000 kcals, any more and i gain, even if it's under 2k w/exercising. mind you im nearly 180cm tall :')
@pusheenofedtwt i mean, im not sure but i do know that some medical conditions do make losing weight harder. like PMOS for example, which makes the sufferer most often than not insulin resistant, which means the body clings to every single calorie you eat. granted, st4rv1ng kinda works
also my therapist is pregnant and if i get to continue therapy i'll have to switch to another therapist. i'm happy for her but man this sucks. a part of me wants to quit therapy lmao
i've fallen into another pit of depression, and i just don't have the energy to deal with it. i gained back a shit ton of weight. thankfully i'm now down a few kilos! my gf decided she wants to lose weight too, it's gonna be easier to lose & maintain now :)
