@thecliffjensen@billykeeganxxx They gave you oral antibiotics or did you get an injection as well? Because if it’s Gonorrhea you will need an injection. And probiotics are great for decreasing the gut disturbance caused by antibiotics.
@moneybirdette@thecliffjensen M. Gen is rare. It takes 2 to 4 months to diagnose it. The reason is insurances won’t let you test for it until you rule everything else out. The patient may get stuck with the bill. As a healthcare worker it’s frustrating to be told what to do based on money.

@lukfont@thecliffjensen It actually doesn’t. That was removed from both truvada and descovy about 2 years ago. Neither have effects on the liver. However truvada does put a little stress on the kidneys similar taking greater than 7 doses of ibuprofen in a month.
