Hey @musiciansfriend how many times are you going to lie? Been waiting on an order since 6/4, yet magically it showed "in stock and ready to ship" twice during the 38 days I've been waiting. 2 reps lied about shipment dates, next step is the BBB to add to the 47 complaints

@amazon @amazon such great service when your chat associates leave a prime customer hanging after being on a chat for an hour and a half trying to resolve an issue of an item never being shipped out. It's been over 20 minutes since the last response. Chat opened at 4:45...

@AmazonHelp I opened a chat support because a prime item fulfilled by Amazon I ordered never shipped out. The next available seller is over 300.00 more for the same item, they refunded me without me asking. And told me to be order it. Amazon is out of stock now, 4 days past delivery date
