@reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely pathetic service by on-site engineers in Delhi. Have raised multiple service requests in last week due to various disruptions. Today they visited and were clueless on issue and went away without saying a word & avoiding calls

@XiaomiIndia Absolute nightmare service from. Nearly 3+ weeks since engineer visited and mentioned a replacement of panel is required for my Xiaomi TV..complete silence since then even after escalating on customer grievances. making a fool out of customers on extended warranty
