Quite upsetting to see declining customer service at @scotiabank

Emailed about closing an account to transfer some funds. all I got back in the email saying “visit your new bank & get them to transfer”. No reason, no information about charges I have to pay!

@CitImmCanada just wondering why invite people to apply when you can’t process applications within the suggested time frames? Why even bother? @MarcMillerVM tried reaching your office but with no response. It is quite surprising that a small visa extension file to take 1 year.

@CitImmCanada normal application waiting time is 100 days for applying for an extension within Canada. Days since waiting 236. That is more than the waiting time days! What is the explanation on this huge delay? @MarcMillerVM it would good to hear updates on applications!

@CitImmCanada (IRCC) worst work culture. No respect for processing time & people’s time. What does 9000 employees do in office for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? Millions of work hours and taxes going to waste! Over 7 months wait for a 3 month processing time. #IRCC

@CanadaImmigra20 For my visitor visa it has been 170 days. Even before this, it said 160 days > 152 days > 146 days but now it has crossed 170 days with no update. It shows 137 days.
