Am I just not allowed to enjoy the game if they’re bad bot too? Would it be so bad for the game to give AD, AS, or crit from bot lane quest or buff ADC base MR by 3-4MR?

May I ask what the point of crit dmg buffs are if we nerf I.E?

With Jhin’s crits going from 86% > 75%
he will deal 12.5 percentage points of dmg less on I.E than live today?
