@Christo03770888 Definitely true it’s how my mum made them with lard and they were gorgeous, it’s how I once made them but I used sunflower oil, then the deep frier took over, then I started using oven chips, but the old chip pan and lard were the best chips ever, just not the healthiest 😂

@JacquiDeevoy1 Definitely, my friends had her flu jab and it’s absolutely floored her, she said she’s not having it again, she’s never felt as ill so I don’t blame her, sadly it’s not for everyone, I had it once years ago and never again.
